I thought I’d best divulge the story as to how these Gold ‘This Is It’ Samsung 500GB Hard Drives came into our possession. It all happened several months ago...
Picture the scene, I live in a small cottage in a little bleak town where the only employer for miles around is a factory manufacturing computer components. My family have never been well off, in fact my parents are very poor and we now live with my 2 sets of grandparents who have to share a bed. Life is so grey, the only good thing going in this town was a recent competition launched by the local factory. Apparently they had surplus USB sticks and to encourage people to buy them they launched a competition where if you were lucky enough to receive a USB drive with a hidden video pre-loaded on it, you were invited to a tour of the factory.
So you can imagine my joy when I found out I was a winner!
To cut a long story short, many strange things happened on my trip including a fat kid falling in a sea of microchips, an irritating lady expanding after chewing an old ethernet cable and someone being shrunk after thinking it was OK to meddle with the latest advanced Bluetooth technology.
Still, being the last invitee standing wasn’t so bad. I won myself a whole load of Limited Edition Samsung S2 500GB Portable USB 2.0 Hard Drive with Michael Jackson’s “This Is It” Full Length Move Pre-Loaded.
Would’ve preferred it to be a chocolate factory though.
