Its funny how different cultures have different ways of doing things isn’t it. Now, I’m a cultured person and I can tell you from the HSBC adverts that whilst I’m happy to put my feet up and relax at home, I wouldn’t dare do it in Japan at the risk of offending my hosts and I certainly wouldn’t dare finish all the food on my plate! And who says you don’t learn anything from TV, eh?!
Well on a recent trip to the remote ‘Dutty Island’ off the coast of Australia my friend told me about how the natives never grow out of nappies. I’ve got to say I was sceptical at first, but she carried on and began telling me how they were the largest importer of Huggies in the world and how the nappy trade is the second largest industry over there. In fact they are so obsessed with the little towels that their national treasure and biggest music superstar is a guy named Nappy from the group N-Blubz.
Anyway these Tommee Tippee nappy wrappers were so cheap over there my pal brought me back some as souvenirs. I’m loo-less when it comes to this sort of thing and personally I think my friend is potty...
