I do that 2 or 3 times a day It happens on every item with opera IE or firefox

HI,
I thought the quidshop was going to be launched to sell items that would be too cheap to sell on boffer with the incurring £2.99 delivery charge. I`ve just added a few items into my basket, and the delivery charge is more than boffer`s.

As I understand it from Laurens posts
The delivery charge is £4.99* no matter what size your order,
and you can also combine orders from the quidshop with items from bigoffers.
So it basically becomes better value with the more you order.
*a surcharge maybe added dependent on the area it`s being delivered to

theres a sign on front page saying guaranteed prechristmas delivery so i would hope so

Hi, I love the variety of products and most of the prices.I placed an order BUT please do something to improve the site!!!!!!!!!
Firstly, it would be helpful if from the basket we could go back to the last item list.
Then, most of my items were disappering from my basket as I was adding more items. They were not out of stock, I just had to go and add them again and again and again and again.

Big Offers is a pretty cool site with loads of bargains to be had
Only problem is I`m from Northern Ireland,had £28 worth of items in my basket and when I went to check out a £9.99 surcharge was added This was even after I used a free delivery code, which seems to be mainland only, but you think it would have offered some kid of discount.
Unfortunately this put me off ordering as its just way too steep for a delivery charge and tbh I think it will put a lot of non mainland areas off ordering. Saying that, I think its a great site for those on the mainland.

I have to commend you for saving me quite a bit of money so far... I was all set to take the basket I had filled at the weekend to the checkout today - havinf perhaps popped a couple more things in it - and it`s been emptied! Can I be bothered to find all the items again and put them back in the basket? Hmmm.

If this is the new management, I wont be shopping with you or recommending you much longer.
The old management managed same day despatch for orders placed before 14:00.
It is now 2 of your working days since Friday, personally I worked all weekend, hence why I place my order on Friday so it would arrived on my non-working days.
So in future if I need something quickly I should shop with people who can deliver ...
A not happy & could be ex-customer.
