Ex-Readers Offer - 7 in 1 Universal Hot/Cold Therapy Wrap - Did anyone successfully order/receive any?
Just wondering if anyone succesfully ordered and received any of the hot/cold therapy wraps that were reduced from £59.99 down to 0.89p? My orders went through, then I received cancellation emails. I was given `we oversold the stock due to system errors` as the reason for not being able to receive the items, I know others who have ordered and had their order for these cancelled too and I`m beginning to wonder if any were actually honoured, and if there were such a low amount of stock then why was there such a decent multi buy discount on these items compared to every single other line across the website which seemingly are not selling as fast with their smaller discounted prices?
If there is a limited quantity of stock, on a highly discounted item, then why have the 10 + multibuy discount as an incentive to purchase more, why not have them limited per customer (like other items) to avoid all the problems that occur each time an order is made out of hours when there will be no staff to fraud check the order each time? A bit of consistency and much better organisation and management is needed across the site!
