HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

The delivery charge on BigOffers is currently £4.99 per order (+ possible surcharge for non-UK mainland deliveries, if applicable).

There is one charge PER ORDER - how ever many items you buy - so it works out more economical if you buy several things!

WHERE`S MY ORDER?
AN ITEM IS DAMAGED/MISSING/WRONG!
I WANT TO RETURN MY ORDER
I CAN`T CHECKOUT/PAY
WHEN WILL YOU GET MORE OF XXXX IN STOCK?
WHY HAVEN`T YOU ANSWERED MY TICKET

We don`t have any access to orders, tickets, pricing, payments, stock or delivery details. Any such queries should be directed to the Customer Service staff on BigOffers by raising a ticket THERE (not on Boffer)


To submit a ticket to BigOffers Customer Service:

1) Make sure you`re on the BigOffers site and are signed in there.
2) Click the `Contact` button at the top of the page (the blue circle).
3) Under `Submit New Ticket`, you will see a list of departments - click on the correct one.
4) Fill in the form and submit.


Please Note:

The customer service staff work normal office hours. Your ticket goes into a queue system, and will be answered as soon as possible. If you add anything to your ticket the system automatically resets, effectively putting your ticket to the back of the queue.

Tickets are normally responded to within 24-hours, however at busy times, may take longer - please be patient.

You can try:

(1) Using Google or other search engine to find more information

(2) Posting on one of the other threads in this forum, another member may be able to help

(3) Ask the Customer Service staff on BigOffers - click the `Help` button at the top of the page on BigOffers

WHO/WHAT ARE THE MODERATORS?

The forum moderators are Boffer members like everyone else, who are volunteers that help out on the forums.

We don`t have any access to information on products, stock levels, your orders and details, warehouse tracking details or anything like that.

The moderators do try, where possible, and time permitting, to help with GENERAL enquiries, but any specific enquiries should be directed to Customer Services.
