I don`t know a great deal about netbooks, but I guess this doesn`t have a DVD-RW?

nope, none do but you can connect external ones, or a usb hdd
id like to know the battery cell info on this, 3 or 6
I have one already in black but a 3 cell which only lasts 2.5 hours, 6 cell lasts up to 6 apparently

All of the others (same model) I`ve looked at have had a 3 cell - details of how long the charged battery will last ranges from 3 - 8 hours so not sure what to believe
