only offers one item every day so if the stock sells out
and you are too late then you will see the item has 'Sold
Out', and must wait until the next day to see what the
next offer is. If however not all stock sells out in that
day then at 23:59 the offer changes to the next day's
deal. All Boffer.co.uk products are all low priced items,
normally saving you a fourtune off the original retail
prices and even the most discounted websites around. So

The following are terms and conditions for the sale
of goods that will govern any contract for sale that
we enter into with you the consumer. Please read these
terms and conditions carefully.
These Terms and Conditions tell you the rights and
obligations you have. You may have other rights granted
by law and these Terms and Conditions do not affect
them. This does not affect your statutory rights as
a consumer.

If you choose to exercise your right to cancel your
order under the distance selling regulations, you must
inform us in writing, either by letter or by submitting
a support ticket, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed, you will
be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to
us and take reasonable precautions to ensure the safe
delivery of the goods.

Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18 years of age.
You must not open more than one account under your own
name and/or address. Currently, we can only ship to
limited countries (please check countries on checkout
of web site). By submitting your order you are offering
to buy the goods at prices and terms as stated, and
allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes
of supplying goods (including passing your details onto
couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use
your details for other purposes without asking your
consent and you may ask that your details are removed
from our system by writing to the address above. We
are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we
have confirmed acceptance of your order - Your order
is deemed accepted when you receive a confirmation for
despatch of goods, this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive payment in
full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your
order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please
do this before we confirm your order. If you order software
from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software
licence supplied with the software.
Product Images and Dye Codes
Product images displayed are for illustration purposes
only and may differ from actual products received. Boffer endeavour
to supply goods as per images shown, however manufactures
do vary design and packaging and we reserve the
right to supply identical items with alternative packaging without
prior notice to the customer. Dye codes listed
may differ from actual products received. Boffer
endeavor to supply correct information for all its products
but can not guarantee the accuracy of the dye codes
listed on our website. If you receive any media
with a different dye code then please inform us and
we will endeavor to correct any incorrect products.

Views & reviews expressed by Boffer customers (Bofferets)
displayed on the site are the views of those individuals,
and are not the views or reviews expressed or implied
by Boffer or any of its associates. Boffer cannot and
will not be held responsible for any views or reviews
posted or expressed by those individuals. Boffer will
make every effort to ensure views and reviews by Boffer's
customers are as written or posted by individuals, and
not amended for the benefit or products promotion or
Boffer. Membership on Boffer does not entitle members
to posting abusive or constantly negative views on the
site. Boffer does not allow the use of bots or other

Prices and Payment
All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at the Applicable
Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out of stock items,
delivery dates given are only estimates. Prices are shown
in UK pounds sterling and will be billed in UK pounds
sterling. If your credit card company operate in a different
currency, your credit card company will convert payment
from UK pounds sterling to your local currency at their
current conversion rate.
All prices and offers are subject to change, and availability.
Prices are checked regularly, however, Whilst every effort
is made to eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors
do occur. If prices on web site are shown higher than
actual selling price - we will make adjustments and charge
the correct price to you, if prices on the web site are
shown lower than actual selling price - than we will at
our discretion either. a) contact you, cancel your order
and refund your money, or b) contact you to confirm if
you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price.

The purchaser is liable for any additional local state,
country taxes, import duties or copyright levies, should
these arise.
Credit Card Security
Once you have gone through our checkout, you will be diverted
to our protected secure online payment system with our
credit card processor, Barclaycard Merchant Services.
Your credit card information will be held in protected
SSL secure servers, at Barclaycard Merchant Services,
we will not have access to your full credit card details,
and we will not release information regarding your credit
card. Your credit card details will only be used for transaction
authorised by you.
We currently only accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Delta,
Switch and Switch Solo.

(IMPORTANT NOTE: customers using Switch should
supply a "Start/Issue Date" and an "Issue
Number" for the card where applicable, as well
as card number and expiry date.)
Delivery
All Boffer orders are processed and dispatched within
5 working days, Subject to the following.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale
indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time
or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments,
but will not charge any extra delivery for this. You
will be informed by e-mail when your goods have been
dispatched from our warehouse.
We currently only deliver to UK destinations including
republic of Ireland. Shipping is set at £2.99
for UK Mainland deliveries, but on couriered deliveries
outside UK Mainland will be subject to a £5 courier
surcharge.
Should you have any problems

* If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.
* You have items missing or your goods are damaged from
delivery.

If you do not contact us within seven working days from
date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been
delivered in perfect condition.
If we have not dispatched the goods within 30 days
of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract.
We will refund any monies paid by you.
If our couriers attempt to delivery your goods and no
recipient was available to take delivery, they will
take your goods back to the local depot and hold your
package for upto 3 working days, if the package has
not been successfully delivered within the time given
the order will be returned back to us and classed as
a failed delivery. If you order has been classed as
a failed delivery, we can either re-send your order
(at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order
less any delivery costs incurred by us.
We use established Couriers such as Citylink, Interlink
Express and Royal Mail Parcel Force. Experience tells
us that the cheapest transport is not the best. For

Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately upon delivery
for defects, damages or shortage. Please note images
used on our web site are for illustration purposes only
and may differ from actual products received. If you
find any defects or damages you must inform us by write
to us as soon as possible and we will arrange the return
of your goods, either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty
on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding items
damaged in transit, (these will be replaced at no cost
to you). If the goods are found to be damaged or defective
prior to delivery to you, we will repair or replace
the goods or refund the price paid by you.
All hardware must be in their original condition, at
date of receipt. Any modifications may invalidate warranties
for the hardware. Flashed or modified hardware using
authorised or unauthorised firmware is done at your
own risk, and we cannot be held responsible for your
actions in doing so. You will be required to send faulty
flashed or modified hardware direct to manufacturer
for repair or replacement.
IT-Solution Limited T/A Boffer.co.uk cannot be held
responsible for losses or damages arising from failures
of used or 2nd user goods supplied.
Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected
by this

a ticket to our returns department and we will supply
you with an RMA No. Please ensure that you clearly label
all goods for return with your Name, Account Number,
RMA number And Order number.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these
Terms and Conditions. Please send goods back to us using
recorded delivery with insurance, we can not be held
responsible for goods damaged in transit whilst returning
to us.
WEEE
Boffer is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. For example, if a customer bought a new laptop from us we would accept their old laptop and prevent it going into a landfill site by disposing of it safely
* The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations (2006 No. 3289) (WEEE) is a new UK legislation designed to address the environmental impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment
* The regulations have been put in place to ensure that products are recycled using best available treatment, recovery and recycling techniques to ensure human health and high environmental protection
* Both Boffer and our customers can assist in recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment
* We cannot recycle it unless you return it, so our customers have an important role to play in helping us to recycle
*Boffer will undertake their responsibility as both a Producer and a Distributor to dispose of these goods in line with European legislation
